Our services division was created to act as a facilitator to South African individuals or institutions wishing to become involved in investment property abroad.

We also work with foreign individuals or institutions wishing to become involved in investment properties in South Africa.

We offer the following services:

• Sourcing of investment properties (residential or commercial): South Africa / United Kingdom / Internationally
• Advice on maximisation of existing property investments: residential / commercial
• Assistance in the due diligence process
• Advice regarding and facilitation of the structuring of the investment, including obtaining tax advice
• Assistance and advice in regards to finance options
• Negotiation on behalf of our client
