In addition to our website, we also use social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.), advertise in the Cape Argus corporate and A/Z, use new release flyers, email information packs, showday brochures, window displays and our international referral network includes distribution of news items in the UK and Ireland.
We liaise extensively with the conveyancers ensuring all documentation is forwarded in a timely manner and also obtain the deposits, FICA documentation, beetle, gas, plumbing and electrical certificates and follow up on any suspensive conditions where applicable.
